According to Anime News Network, James Cameron plans on doing a Battle Angel Alita movie but only after he does the sequels to Avatar.

All of James Cameron films have been the cutting edge as well as the most visually fantastic movies with a great story line. Battle Angel Alita Anime would receive a huge reboot if Cameron decides to touch such a great Anime film and it would merge the one of he greatest Sci-Fi fanatic Directors with probably one of the most elite Anime’s in the world. A combination hybrid of pure delights.

Unfortunately we are looking at a few years before this may be possible assuming the Avatar sequels will recieve his attention much like the first.

We love Cameron for his work, we hate Cameron for the wait.

Noboru Ishiguro, the original director of Macross, Megazone 23, and other great anime japanese animation, passed away on March 20th, 2012 due to a lung infection he could not fight off.

Even though most of his work was not seen in the United States until the 1990′s since Robotech was only an adaptation of his original creation in 1986, he stands alone as one of the few founders of anime inside of the United States of America. He also was the founder of the first anime featured film in the USA for Macross: Do You Remember Love. He is the pioneer of main steaming Japanese animation today.

Genisis of Aquarion

Mythical creatures named Shadow Angels have come back after 12,000 years to take back the planet Earth. These angels are harvesting life force with creatures named harvest beasts and protected by Cherubim Soldiers which are large mecha type creatures that stand over 10 stories tall. These creature prove to be too much for the inhabitants of earth and puts the earth into ruin.

DEAVA or Division of Earth Vitalization Advancement create a team of people, soldiers with elemental powers to rise a mythical Mecha named Aquarion. It is said that if Aquarion can come back then it will be enough to vanquish the Shadow Angels, but the catch is DEAVA must find the reincarnation of Apollonius.

DEAVA might have found the reincarnation of Apollonius through a crazy animal like boy named Apollo. To much of the other trained soldiers dismay the seek Apollo out to verify if he has the legendary wings on his back.

This anime is a reincarnation of all the old 1980 to 2000 of the old school connecting ships and craft to form the ultimate mecha weapon. The differences are that they have added a very spiritual feel to it, using god and demi-god like names while humans also have special abilities such as elements.

The art work is visually beautiful for people who love Mecha. And each episode keeps giving you tons of entertainment with the action, fair enough drama to keep you interested, and mystery suspense that is a edge of your seat pleaser.

Gurren

Simon, Kamina, and Yoko reach the surface and end up destroying the Gunman that destroyed Simons village in the process. When they reach the surface they find 2 Gunman waiting for them that must of been friends with the Gunman they just destroyed.

Simon tries to run away much to Kamina’s dismay but they get rescued by the rest of Yokos village who have become surface dwellers because of the monsters that command the Gunmen named Beastmen.

Yoko’s village repels the attack from the beastmen and learn more about the villages they come from and what kind of lives they each are living.

The Beastmen come back with support of a new Red Gunman and Kamina is determined to get his hands on it for himself by stealing it during battle. Now Simon, Yoko, and Kamina are on a suicide mission to retrieve the Red Gunman.

Gurren Lagann: Simon

Simon is the main character in Gurren Lagann, his is a 14 year old boy from the Giha village who was happy digging for the village and finding small treasures but who is looked down upon from his village. Until a mech (Gunman) destroys his village, he finds a secret key and his own Gunman who is best friend Kamina names Lagann. Armed with his own Gunman and with his Bro (Kamina) and Yoko a beautiful young woman from another underground village adventure ensues.

Simon is a very timid character who lacks confidence to fight. He gains most of his strength from his Bro, Kamina. He actively tried to find his own fighting spirit much like Kamina with his Mech Lagann that is able to produce drills out from anywhere from its body.

Gurren Lagann

A young boy named Simon spends most of his day drilling underground where his village is and is happy doing it for the small tresures he finds until he finds a drill-shaped key called a Core Drill. Not only that he finds a Robot Mech head that he keeps a secret while digging but lets his only friend Kamina, who he calls Bro know about it.

Kamina is a strong headed man who seeks adventure and wants to reach the surface where his father is. He is determind to go against the village and see the blue sky that his father once reached.

An earth quake happens, destroying the village and dropping down another Mech, called a Gunman. With a young girl who is attacking it with a high powered sniper rifle named Yoko.

Simon must destroy the this evil Gunman with his own Mech with the help of his 2 new friends Kamina and Yoko.

Akira Poster

One of the highest anticipated Anime Manga live action movies has been closed down. According to rumors and a few solid sources the movie was completely closed down in the middle of casting and script development, no other solid information has been released.

Akira is an anime classic, set in a post apocalyptic New Manhattan a young man must stop his brother from destroying himself and the city from telekinetic powers he has acquired. With only his street smarts from being in a gang, and his trusty high end motorcycle he must get past the scientist that made his brother this way, rival gangs, and the military.

It is no surprise that this production has been shut down, about every 3 years there seems to be studios that have been interested in the idea of coming out with an Akira movie but problems with budget, scripts, and acquiring high celebrity actors, there always seems to be a wrench that throws off all the cogs. Just about all of the Anime fans from the 80′s and 90′s know the original anime to be one of the pioneers of American Anime transference.

X-Men Anime Wolverine

The X-Men team go back to Japan to inoculate the rest of the mutants who might be suffering from secondary mutations and DHS. But since the last time the X-Men have been in the city other strange things have happened fish have popped up dead in the rivers and lakes, and the rail road structure has been mangled. When the X-Men go to investigate they find the water source has a weird color, and the railroad structures looks like Magneto pulled it out and twisted it up, which is impossible since he is imprisoned.

Through Beast’s examinations on the people he has come up with a radius of where the secondary mutations may have originated from. The X-Men launch into action to find the source and come across another Biotech armored villain U-Men who has developed a machine that can destroy all of the X-Men using their own powers against them. But this time the U-Men have more battle data to make this mission and easy one.

The new Junior X-Men Hisako

The X-Men settle back in at the Xavier Mansion, taking a load off and getting focused on the next mission that might come up. While Beast runs tests on Emma Frost’s second mutation they find her turning into diamond is benign and will not put her into DHS (David Holler Syndrome). With the great news they must go back to Japan and inoculate the rest of the city they came from so that the inhabitants so not suffer from the second mutation disease.

During this time Wolverine and Cyclops decide to train Hisako on her powers and give her the ability to control it. Because her mutant power is so powerful, it consumes her each time she has had to use it. Scott Summer (Cyclops) give her a hard lesson in reality, life and death situations and forces her to fight him without holding back.

Xavier decides to make Hisako a junior X-Men, and Emma Frost an integral part of the X-Men with huge disappointment from Cyclops. He feels Hisako is not ready and Emma Frost could still be the person who helped end Jean Greys life. Emma allows Professor X to probe her mind so that Cyclops will finally stand at ease.

X-Men Anime Wolverine

The X-Men escape the U-Men’s fortress mountains with the missing mutants. On the way out they are attacked from behind and in the chaos Emma Frost protects Hisko with her body which transforms into diamond. She is confused and scared about this transformation because it is associated with secondary mutations which is known to develop into DHS (David Holler Syndrome) which has side effects of going crazy and loosing control. Beast thinks it is in the best interest of Emma if the X-Men take her back to New York to the Xavier Mansion for more studies on the process.

Taking the blackbird back to New York, the X-Men are attacked again by another mutant which tries to bust through the hull of the jet. Wolverine must jump outside and defeat this monster before it punches through the glass and kills everyone inside. This monster is a mutant that has contracted the secondary mutation and the DHS has completely set in, making this person a violent psychotic killing machine.
